| Responsibilities | Design of Jigs and fixtures & toolings’. |
| Skill Sets | Design of Jigs and fixtures for VMC, HMC & Turning centres. ➢ Knowledge of Quick changing elements in Jigs and fixtures. ➢ Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic fixturing elements. ➢ 5s, Kaizen, Poka yoke/Mistake proofing knowledge. ➢ Knowledge of conventional and CNC machines, machining operations. ➢ Hands on experience on Catia V5 and AutoCAD. |

| Educational Background | BE-Mechanical or Diploma in tool and Die Making |
