India’s first toy cluster has potential to generate 25,000 direct jobs over a decade. To catapult country into the big league of global toy makers.

Aequs celebrated the groundbreaking for India’s first toy cluster today. Promoted by Aequs SEZ Private Ltd., in partnership with the Government of Karnataka under the state’s Product Specific Industrial Cluster Development Program, a first of its kind initiative in India, the Koppal Toy Cluster is being set up at an investment of Rs 4000 crore.
The 400+ acre toy manufacturing ecosystem will house over 100 units with a potential to generate over 25,000 direct jobs apart from 100,000 indirect jobs over the next decade.
