Aequs Aero Machine Inc (AAM) Benefits

COMPENSATION

BASE PAY: Aequs Aero Machine Inc (AAM) attracts the best people when we pay competitively. Your base pay is influenced by a number of factors: the content and level of work you perform on a daily basis, the value of the job in the external marketplace, the business environment and the value of your contribution to the company’s success. Base Pay is paid every other Friday.

INCENTIVE PAY: Some positions at AAM are part of an Incentive program, please ask your manager about the same.

LEADERSHIP COMPENSATION: Boeing recognizes the impact leaders have on the company’s short- and long-term success and offers a range of executive compensation and benefit programs to reward their efforts.

REFERAL BONUS: Employees have the opportunity to earn extra money and at the same time perform a valuable service to Aequs Aero Machine, Inc. through the Employee Referral Bonus Program.  By referring qualified people, you can earn a bonus if your referral is hired.  This program provides us with better candidates for employment in technical and administrative positions.

Technical positions eligible for our referral program include Programmers, Software Developers (Systems Software), Software Engineers (Systems Software), Computer Systems Analyst, Business Analysts, Database Administrators, Continuous Improvement Managers and CIS Managers.

All Aequs Aero Machine, Inc. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program.  In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted.  Bonus to be paid for a full-time position is $500.

VACATION

PAID TIME OFF: AAM employees will be eligible for 10 vacation days in a year on pro-rated basis.

FEDERAL HOLIDAY: U.S. national holidays applicable for Aequs employees which will be declared every year.

BENEFITS

Retirement: AAM’s 401(k) Retirement Plan (401(k)) will contribute 25% of your contribution on the first 4% of base and incentive pay that employee contribute to their 401(k). You’ll be fully vested in your and the company’s contributions as soon as they’re made and can choose from a variety of investment options through the pay roll company.

TAX-ADVANTAGED ACCOUNTS: AAM offers Health Savings Account (HSA) (available for high-deductible health plan enrollees) or flexible spending accounts to cover eligible health and dependent care expenses.

INCOME PROTECTION: AAM offers life insurance, short term disability and Long term disability at no cost to employees. Employees can purchase additional coverage.

HEALTH CARE AND DENTAL COVERAGE: Employees will be entitled to participate in benefit programs made available to the employees, which may include medical, dental and vision coverage.  Your participation in such programs is subject to applicable terms and conditions, as established by Aequs, from time to time.  Details of the same and options available for you to choose from will be communicated to you prior to the same.
