Overall Functional Scope | Provide administrative/technical support to the office of the COO, assist with budget, and project management, and coordinate internal and external communications. Provide consultation on administrative issues with associated departments and facilitate interdepartmental coordination. |
Reporting To | COO – INFRA |
Responsibilities | Work closely and effectively with COO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Assist in managing communication of the COO, including coordinating calendars, phone calls, and in-person meetings, as needed, maintaining confidentiality, as appropriate. Researches prioritize, and follows up on issues and concerns, as assigned by the COO, assisting in the determination of an appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Maintain a high-level understanding of the interdepartmental process to assist in facilitating appropriate communication. Maintain effective relationships and communications with departments outside of the COO Office. Coordinate budget activity through tracking and reconciling budget reports. Provide project management support for complex planning and execution for the COO office-related initiatives. Prioritize conflicting needs: handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Perform other tasks as may be necessary, to facilitate the work of the COO office. |

Indicative years of Experience | 10+ Years (Required Experience in a technical environment especially in Construction Industry) |
Educational Background | BE, MBA |
