Overall Functional Scope | Involve in development of process development engineering function, conceptualizing and day-to-day different part processing, delivering manufacturable processes to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints. |

Responsibilities | Develop Manufacturing Engineering processes to meet agreed organizational performance plans. Execute process of manufacturing. Select latest cutting tools and use right parameters. Good decision-making capabilities in preparation of process in Consultation with higher-ups. Involvement in the cross-functional departments like tooling, production, SCM, and quality in processing parts. Coordination with SCM for product processing and fixtures procurement. Helping SCM in developing the vendors for outsourcing activities. Understand new parts and develop sequential machining processes for better results on the first go. Develop & guide Management trainees. Involve in meeting QMS requirements by ensuring documents are in line with QMS requirements. Generate process documents using Catia/AutoCAD.Ability to interpret GD&T from model-based definition and legacy drawings. Ability to define best machining strategy & sequence. Ability to read and understand specifications & standards. Knowledge of machining centers. |
Desired Skills/Competencies | S/W Skills: CAD/CAM, Catia V5, MS-Office. |

Educational Background | BE with 3-6 years of experience OR Diploma with 5-8 years of experience |
