| Scheduling project plans, and budgeting. | |
| Study existing processes and do a time study, and motion study. | |
| De-skilling of the skilled process with the use of Low-cost automation. | |
| Implementation of Lean Manufacturing. | |
| Preparation of reports on planning and scheduling for plant expansion | |
| Set up of New Assy line, with Line balancing techniques. | |
| Guide team of engineers for planning and scheduling of production of parts. | |
| To have effective QMS implementation & effective measurement of output. | |
| Plan for training and development of the team. | |
| Ensure proper interaction and coordination for production-supported activities of sourcing and outsourcing. | |
| Access to real-time information on present and future customer requirements | |
| Establish and standardize processes and ensure control mechanisms on the same. | |
| Tooling development for assembly line | |
